Come and spend a short, but impactful day with Stephanie Holloway, Body Language Coach, and get the fast track on how to assess, interpret, and decode non-verbal communication.

This day is aimed at giving you a rapid result, and accelerating your progress in deciphering what you send out yourself (your encode), and what you see in others, (the decode). Body language is part science, part observation and part intuition. You’ll be shown how to use these three things during human interactions to help you make an informed decision about what is really happening.

You’ll need to get a good night’s sleep the night before – because it’s a lot to take in. On the day you’ll need to stay sharp, be committed to joining in, and pulling silly faces without embarrassment to feel what they feel like (welcome to my world lol). We’ll be watching some videos, watching each other, and watching ourselves.

This is a full-on, interactive, feel good, change your life kinda day, that will leave you buzzing.

If you’re up for it, you’ll join me that night in a busy bar in town for dinner/drinks, and we’ll put your learning to the test and see how different the world looks for you now. (This part is optional, – but so much fun, and is not included in the fee for the day).

Body language is……..

Easy to learn (if you’re paying attention)

Impossible to forget (once you know what you are looking at)

The way you make your mark on the world (whether others realise it, or not!)

The day will run like this:

9-10.30am. Welcome, introductions, understanding how the body works in body language and taking it for a test run.

Then a short power break with healthy snacks and a drink (provided)

11- 12.30pm. Building up the layers so you can spot ‘clusters of events’.

Then a lunch break of 30 minutes (BYO lunch) drink provided

1-2.30pm. The ’cause and effect’ of body language – common things you are likely to see, why they happen, and what you do about it!

Then a short power break (Berocca tablet optional) 🙂

2.30-3pm – the home run and close, details for the optional night out to test your new skills, feel proud of yourself and be amazed at what you now know.
